Where are you located?
Our testing and manufacturing headquarters and main distribution center are in Memphis, Michigan.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Most in-stock items leave the warehouse in 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and US holidays) and arrive in 3-7 days, depending on your location and delivery method.
Due to our extensive selection of products, some items may be special ordered. This is noted on the product listing, along with the estimated ship out timeframe advertised per item. All orders ship complete. We will contact you within 24 hours (excluding weekends and US holidays) if any portion of your order is special ordered that was not previously stated on the listing for the item.
Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email confirmation that includes a tracking number.
What happens if you send me the wrong part?
We’re sorry, and we’ll get it corrected. If we sent the wrong part, we will email you an RMA number and postage-paid return label. Please call our Cold Air Inductions support team at (810) 392-9999 to get started.
What happens if I order the wrong part?
You will need to follow our standard returns procedure. If you ordered the wrong part, we will email you an RMA number along with the address for your return. Start here. Please note: Our exchange and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
How long does it take for a part to arrive at my door?
In-stock products are processed quickly. Your order is often processed within 2 days of it being placed, excluding weekends and holidays. We email you a tracking number with your estimated delivery date, but shipping times can vary slightly.
Please be advised that out of stock parts or special orders may take longer to process, but we will contact you. If you have specific inventory or parts questions, please contact us before you order.
Why should I pay for shipping protection?
By purchasing our shipping protection at checkout, you will be eligible for a free part replacement if your item is damaged in transit. Without it, you will have to pay a portion of the replacement cost as carriers rarely cover the entire cost.
What does it cost for next-day or rush shipping?
ColdAirInductions.com does not currently offer rush or expedited shipping options.
What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal. Many of our products are available for Affirm financing too.
What security do you use to protect my credit card information?
ColdAirInductions.com uses 128-bit SSL encryption for the catalog and shopping cart, so your name, address and credit card number are all protected. (Most browsers show a small padlock in the corner of the screen or have a URL with https to confirm you are in a secure area on a site.)
What happens if I need to return or exchange a purchase?
First, please contact us within 30 days of the original purchase date. Be advised that not all purchases are eligible for return or exchange. Items that are received damaged, incomplete, or determined to be used or in unsellable condition as deemed by a Cold Air Inductions, Inc. representative are not subject to a refund. Will I have to pay for return shipping?
Shipping is non-refundable. Cold Air Inductions, Inc. shall not be responsible for or obligated to pay for freight or other transportation-related costs or expenses in connection with any returned products or components, defective or not, that are shipped back to the Cold Air Inductions (CAI) facility or any replacement products or components that are shipped from CAI pursuant to this Warranty.
Is there a restocking fee?
Yes. All returns are subject to a restocking fee that can be up to 15% of the item’s original purchase price, excluding any discounts or promotions applied.
Can I change or cancel an order once I’ve placed it?

Can I have the order sent to a different address?
The bill-to address on your order must match what your credit card company has on file, but you can ship to any address that Cold Air Inductions does ship to.
Can I change the shipping address for my order?
Maybe. Contact us at [email protected] or (810) 392-9999. If the order has not shipped, we will we need to discuss the situation and make some verifications. If the order has shipped, please be advised there is a fee to change the delivery address through UPS that’s about $18.
*We will not change the shipping address to California. We do not ship or sell to California residents.
Do you charge sales tax?
Yes. For customers in our home state of Michigan we charge the standard 6% sales tax. Exceptions are wholesale customers and out-of-state customers.
Do you ever offer coupons or discounts?

Where do I enter a discount code?
Valid discount codes may be entered in the Coupon/Promo box located in the cart, beneath the product.
