Manufacturer enforces a unilateral MAP (Minimum Advertised Price) Policy. Dealers acknowledge receipt and understanding of this policy upon signing the agreement. Compliance is not negotiable or subject to agreement.

Orders must be submitted via email or fax by an authorized Dealer representative. Each order must include quantity, price, payment terms, shipping address, and desired receipt date.

Dealers pay a flat-rate shipping fee for each item ordered. We offer a reimbursement program that rewards dealers based on year-to-date sales. You may receive a percentage of your incurred drop shipping costs back in the form of an account credit.

Shipments are available within the U.S. (excluding California) and Canada. Canadian or International shipping logistics may be coordinated and provided by the dealer.

Yes. Authorized dealers have the option to access our inventory feed via FTP or email. This feed provides up-to-date product availability to help streamline your ordering and integration processes.

Dealers can select from the following options: 1- Net 30 – Subject to credit approval 2- Prepayment – Via credit card on file

Dealers have 5 days from delivery to report any discrepancies. After that, shipments are considered accepted.

As a valued dealer, you’re supported by our lifetime warranty guarantee which states all Cold Air Intake systems to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product. Encourage your customers to register their product upon purchase to ensure full warranty protection.
