Cold Air Inductions, Inc. provides a lifetime warranty stating that all Cold Air Intake systems are free from defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product. This warranty does not apply to parts that have been misused, improperly serviced, damaged during transit or handling, or that have been altered or repaired by anyone other than Cold Air Inductions, Inc. It also does not cover defects resulting from abuse, neglect, accidents, acts of God, governmental actions, fires, lack of available labor, materials, or power, or any circumstance beyond the control of Cold Air Inductions, Inc. Failure to perform reasonable or necessary maintenance is likewise excluded. Any clear signs of abuse or any of the conditions listed above will void the warranty in full.

This warranty does not cover items that require replacement due to normal wear, including the air filter. Air filters are excluded from this warranty unless a defect in materials or workmanship is directly attributable to Cold Air Inductions, Inc. This warranty is void if the product or any of its components is used with a vehicle or in a manner not recommended by the manufacturer.

If a Cold Air Inductions, Inc. Cold Air Intake system is found to have a defect in materials or workmanship, Cold Air Inductions, Inc. will repair or replace the defective part or component at no charge. Cold Air Inductions, Inc. reserves the exclusive right to determine whether repair or replacement is applicable.

Cold Air Inductions, Inc. is not responsible for freight or transportation costs associated with returning defective products or components, nor for shipping costs of replacement parts provided under this warranty.
