Cold Air Inductions is committed to your satisfaction. If your purchase doesn’t meet your expectations, you may return it for a refund or exchange within 30 days of the original purchase date. Our returns and cancellations policy provides clear guidance on eligibility, timelines, and the complete return process, giving you the confidence and support you need if an order change or return becomes necessary.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Cold Air Inductions will make every effort to accommodate order cancellations or address changes submitted before an order is processed. If the order has not yet shipped, we can cancel or update the address at no cost. If the order has been shipped, cancellations must be completed through the standard return process once the item is received. Shipped orders may be eligible for rerouting for an additional fee; however, packages cannot be redirected to California, as we do not sell or ship products to residents of California.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase for items that are unused, uninstalled, and in resalable condition. Returns or exchanges are not accepted after 30 days from the original purchase date; customers who believe their concern may be covered under warranty should refer to our warranty policy. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee and the original shipping charges are non-refundable. Items showing signs of installation, wear, or damage may not qualify for a refund.

Customers that ordered an incorrect product may request an exchange through the standard returns process. Our team will help ensure you receive the correct replacement part with proper fitment. Cold Air Inductions is not responsible for freight or shipping costs associated with returned items or their replacements.

All returns and exchanges require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). Please contact us to request an RMA number, then proceed with the steps listed below:

  • Repack the item in its original packing, ensuring all parts, hardware, instructions, and accessories are included and secured to prevent damage during transit.
  • Clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the box so our team can quickly identify and process your return.
  • Send the package to the return address provided by our team using United Parcel Service (UPS) or FedEx.

Note: Cold Air Inductions is not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in transit.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after the returned item is received and inspected by our quality team. Items that are used, damaged, or not in resalable condition are not eligible for a refund. If a refund does not appear after processing, customers should check with their card provider or bank for posting delays.

At Cold Air Inductions, we’re committed to your satisfaction. If your purchase doesn’t meet your needs for any reason, you may return the item for a refund or exchange within 30 days of the original purchase date.

  • Products must be repacked according to factory standards and returned with no excessive wear or damage.

Please note: We are not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit, and we do not recommend using USPS for returns.
