ORDERS AND SHIPPING:
Cold Air Inductions is proudly headquartered in Memphis, Michigan, our facility handles testing, manufacturing, and nationwide distribution. We also operate alongside our sister company, Elite Performance Filtration, located in Otisco, Indiana.
We currently ship to the following locations. Shipping rates vary by location. United States: We ship nationwide including Alaska and Hawaii. Canada: Flat-rate shipping is available. Additional custom fees may apple and are the responsibility of the customer. For international customers, please contact us and we'll connect you with one of our authorized dealers who can ship to your region.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses. If you require delivery to a military or postal box, please contact us — we’ll do our best to connect you with a vendor who can assist.
We do not ship internationally or to U.S. territories such as Puerto Rico, Guam, or the U.S. Virgin Islands. If you’re located outside our shipping zones, please contact us for dealer recommendations in your region.
In stock items ship within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and U.S. holidays). Orders placed during the weekend will ship the following Monday. Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information by email. Transit time is typically 3-7 business days from the date of order, depending on your location. Extended lead times will be displayed on the product page or communicated to you after your order is complete.

Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders of $90 or more within the contiguous 48 U.S. states. Please note: Free shipping does not apply to orders shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, or Canada.
USA (Contiguous 48 States): Flat-rate shipping of $7.95 for all orders under $90. Free shipping on all orders $90+. Canada: Flat-rate shipping of $40 USD, most commonly via USPS. Note: Additional customs fees and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer. We reserve the right to select the shipping carrier at our discretion. Hawaii & Alaska: Flat-rate shipping of $80 USD. International & US Territories: We do not ship internationally or to U.S. territories. Please contact us for dealer recommendations in those regions. Please note: We reserve the right to select the shipping carrier that ensures the best service and reliability. Most shipments are sent via UPS Ground or FedEx Ground. Free shipping applies only to the contiguous 48 states.
Yes. For $11.95 we offer optional shipping protection at checkout for added peace of mind. If your order is damaged during transit and you purchased protection, we’ll quickly send a replacement at no extra cost. Shipping protection is available as an add-on in the cart before checkout and covers replacements only. If shipping protection is not selected, you’ll need to file a claim directly with the carrier. Please note that UPS standard coverage is limited to $100 without added insurance.
RETURNS:
Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase for items that are unused, uninstalled, and in resalable condition. A 15% restocking fee applies to all returns, and items that show signs of installation or damage may not be eligible for a refund. For more information, please refer to our [Return Policy]. I ordered the wrong product. Can I exchange it? Yes. If you ordered the incorrect part, you can initate an exchange through our standard returns process within 30 days of purchase. Our team will help ensure you receive the correct replacement part with proper fitment. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, and a restocking fee of 15% may apply.
Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return, and it is inspected by our quality team. All returns are issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please note: Items that are used, damaged, or not in resaleable condition are not eligible for a refund. If you haven’t received your refund: Contact your card provider - it may take additional time to post. Check with your bank for processing delays. If you’ve done all the above and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us.

PRODUCTS AND WARRANTY:
Most Cold Air Inductions products are not CARB compliant and are not legal for sale or use in California or states that follow CARB emission standards. Compliance status is listed in the “Notes / Compliance” section of each product page.

No. Under U.S. law (Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act), a vehicle manufacturer cannot void or deny warranty coverage due to the use of an aftermarket part. To deny coverage, the manufacturer must prove that the aftermarket part directly caused the issue requiring repair. Note: Extended warranties, also known as service contracts, are not governed by the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act. Consult your provider for complete coverage information
