Shipping Methods and Rates

Cold Air Inductions reserves the right to select the shipping carrier that offers the most reliable service for each order, with most shipments sent via UPS Ground or FedEx Ground.

Orders within the contiguous 48 United States ship for a flat rate of $8 when under $90, while orders of $90 or more qualify for free shipping; this offer does not extend to Alaska, Hawaii, or Canada.

A flat shipping rate of $40 USD applies to all Canadian orders, typically fulfilled through USPS, and customers are responsible for any customs-related fees or taxes assessed at delivery.

Shipments to Hawaii or Alaska are charged a flat rate of $80 USD.

Shipping Schedule and Estimated Delivery

Cold Air Inductions ships in-stock items within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and U.S. holidays. Orders placed over the weekend are processed and shipped the following Monday. In stock orders placed weekdays before 2pm EST will be shipped same business day. In stock orders after 2pm EST will be shipped the following business day. Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to you by email.

Transit times typically range from 3–7 business days from the date of shipment. If an item requires additional lead time, this information will be noted on the product page or communicated to you after your order is placed.

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for any delays or disruptions caused by the shipping carrier.

Express Shipping

Express shipping typically range between 2-5 business days. Express shipping on backordered systems will not be refunded. Backordered systems with express shipping will be prioritized upon release of the manufactured goods and shipped immediately with a 2-5 day expected arrival.

Merchandise Shipping

Cold Air Inductions utilizes Print-On-Demand services for merchandise. Due to the POD system, orders over $90 and including merchandise may incur a flat rate shipping fee per merchandise item.

Shipping Restrictions

At this time, we do not ship internationally, to U.S. territories, or to P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses. Customers located in these regions are encouraged to reach out to us for further support.

Does Cold Air Inductions offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders of $90 or more within the contiguous 48 U.S. states.

  • USA (Contiguous 48 States):Flat-rate shipping of $7.95 for all orders under $90. Free shipping on all orders $90+. 
  • Canada: Flat-rate shipping of $40 USD, most commonly via USPS. Note: Additional customs fees and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer. We reserve the right to select the shipping carrier at our discretion.
  • Hawaii & Alaska:Flat-rate shipping of $80 USD.
  • International & US Territories: We do not ship internationally or to U.S. territories (e.g., Puerto Rico). Please contact us for dealer recommendations in those areas.

  • International & U.S. Territories: We do not ship internationally or to U.S. territories such as Puerto Rico, Guam, or the U.S. Virgin Islands. If you’re located outside our shipping zones, please contact us for dealer recommendations in your region.

Unfortunately, we do notship to P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses. If you require delivery to a military or postal box, please contact us — we’ll do our best to connect you with a vendor who can assist.

Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday).

  • Orders placed during the weekend will ship the following Monday.
  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information by email.

All orders ship from Memphis, MI and most orders arrive within 5 business days, depending on your location. To ensure you receive updates, please add sales@coldairinductions.com to your email contacts.

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible.

  • If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to make the change at no cost.
  • If your order has already shipped, UPS may allow an address change for a fee of $21, which is the responsibility of the customer.

Yes — for $11.95 we offer optional Shipping Protection at checkout for added peace of mind. If your order is damaged during transit and you purchased protection, we’ll quickly send a replacement at no extra cost.

If you receive a damaged package, please take photos of the box and/or part and contact us promptly at (810) 392-9999 so we can begin the replacement process.

Shipping Protection is available as an add-on in the cart before checkout and covers replacements only — not refunds.

If Shipping Protection is not selected, you’ll need to file a claim directly with the carrier. Please note that UPS standard coverage is limited to $100 without added insurance.
