Replacement Parts Policy
Q: Does Cold Air Inductions sell replacement parts?
A: Yes, we do! CAI sells replacement parts to anyone that has 1) purchased one of our cold air intake systems and 2) registered their system in our Warranty program. We will also sell replacement parts to someone who can prove they have a CAI system with serial number verification and/or photographic evidence of needing a replacement part, regardless if they are not the original customer.

Q: If I don’t have one of your cold air intake systems, can I still purchase components for it?
A: No, we don’t part out our systems. We only sell replacement parts to those who currently have our systems. If you don’t have one of our cold air intake systems, we can’t sell you any components not listed for sale on the website.
Q: Does modifying my system void my limited lifetime warranty?
A: Yes, any modifications to your system will void your warranty. Our systems are designed and tested to be high-performance systems. CAI is not liable for any damages or lack of performance due to modifications.
Q: If I modify my universal air intake to fit my vehicle and it doesn’t work or I don’t like it, can I return it?
A: No. We don’t accept returns on products that have been modified or installed.
Replacement Part and Piecemeal Order Policy
It is the policy of Cold Air Inductions, Inc. that we do not offer any separate part sales unless replacing defective/damaged parts for the original Customer (can be proven by purchase receipt and serial number registered in our Warranty system). In the case that the system is sold to another person, the parts can be ordered for replacement of damaged/defective parts only if the new owner can find serial numbers located on the product and with photographic evidence that a part needs to be replaced. We do not sell systems piece by piece separately for a variety of reasons.
If a Customer is interested in retrofitting or customizing our products, they will have to buy the entire system and use what they need from that. This protects CAI from any liability for unauthorized design changes, or our competitors branding non-CAI systems with our logo. Modifying our system in any way not intended or instructed by the installation directions included with your system will void your limited lifetime warranty.
