What is Cold Air Inductions Return Policy?

At Cold Air Inductions, we’re committed to your satisfaction. If your purchase doesn’t meet your needs for any reason, you may return the item for a refund or exchange within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Please review the conditions below before initiating a return:

  • All returns are subject to a restocking fee of up to 15% of the item’s original purchase price (before discounts or promotions).
  • Returned items must be unused, uninstalled, and in resalable condition. Items that are damaged, incomplete, used, or determined to be in unsellable condition by a Cold Air Inductions representative are not eligible for a refund.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable. Cold Air Inductions is not responsible for freight or shipping costs associated with returned items or their replacements.
  • Products must be repacked according to factory standards and returned with no excessive wear or damage.
  • An RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) is required for all returns. You can request an RMA by contacting us here.

What is Cold Air Inductions exchange policy?

Unused, uninstalled, and resalable parts may be exchanged within 30 days of the original purchase date. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, and a restocking fee of up to 15% may apply.

How do I return a part to Cold Air Inductions?

Before sending anything back, please review our return policy and contact us at [email protected] to request a return and RMA number.

Once you receive your RMA number, follow these steps:

  1. Repack the item in its original packaging, making sure all parts, hardware, instructions, and accessories are included and secured to prevent damage during transit.
  2. Clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the box.
  3. Ship the item to the return address provided by our team.
  4. Use UPS or FedEx whenever possible, and be sure to retain your tracking number.
    • Note: We are not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit, and we do not recommend using USPS for returns.

Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?

Order cancellations are not guaranteed and depend on whether the item has already been processed or shipped. If you need to cancel, please contact us immediately at (810) 392-9999.

If the order has already shipped, it will need to be returned in accordance with our return policy.

I ordered the wrong part. What should I do?

You may request a return by contacting us here or by calling us at (810) 392-9999. All standard return conditions apply:

  • Up to 15% restocking fee may apply.
  • Items must be unused, complete, and in resalable condition.
  • Shipping is non-refundable, and returns must be repacked to factory standards.

Cold Air Inductions is not responsible for return shipping costs or damages during transit.

Can I return or exchange an item after 30 days?

No. Returns and exchanges are only accepted within 30 days of the original purchase date. If you believe your issue may be covered under warranty, please review our warranty policy for more information.

How long does it take to receive a refund?

Please allow 3–4 business days for us to process your return once it’s received. Refunds are issued only to the original payment method.

Note: Items that are used, incomplete, damaged, or not in resalable condition (as determined by a Cold Air Inductions representative) are not eligible for a refund.

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Contact your card provider — it may take additional time to post.
  2. Check with your bank for processing delays.
