Cold Air Inductions is committed to ensuring your order arrives quickly, securely, and with reliable communication throughout the process. Our shipping policy details shipping costs, delivery estimates, available shipping methods, and other helpful information to help you shop with confidence.
Shipping Methods and Rates
Cold Air Inductions reserves the right to select the shipping carrier that offers the most reliable service for each order, with most shipments sent via UPS Ground or FedEx Ground.
Orders within the contiguous 48 United States ship for a flat rate of $7.95 when under $90, while orders of $90 or more qualify for free shipping; this offer does not extend to Alaska, Hawaii, or Canada.
For added peace of mind, U.S. customers may purchase optional shipping protection at checkout for $11.95. If a protected order is damaged in transit, we will send a replacement at no additional cost. Shipping protection covers replacements only. Customers who choose not to purchase protection must file any damage claims directly with the carrier. Please note that UPS standard coverage is limited to $100 without added insurance.
A flat shipping rate of $40 USD applies to all Canadian orders, typically fulfilled through USPS, and customers are responsible for any customs-related fees or taxes assessed at delivery.
Shipments to Hawaii or Alaska are charged a flat rate of $80 USD.
Shipping Schedule and Estimated Delivery
Cold Air Inductions ships in-stock items within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and U.S. holidays. Orders placed over the weekend are processed and shipped the following Monday. Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to you by email.
Transit times typically range from 3–7 business days from the date of shipment. If an item requires additional lead time, this information will be noted on the product page or communicated to you after your order is placed.
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for any delays or disruptions caused by the shipping carrier.
Shipping Restrictions
At this time, we do not ship internationally, to U.S. territories, or to P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses. Customers located in these regions are encouraged to reach out to us for further support.
